Orders and learning data

When checkout is enabled and you place an order, Procureze sends your name, email address, selected products, order total, and any transaction reference you submit to its Cloudflare D1 database. Prices are calculated by the server. The database stores the order status and the owner’s payment decision. A payment reference does not prove payment: Procureze checks its payment account before unlocking a course or tool. Learning enrollment and progress are stored in the same database after verification.

A private, unguessable order token saved in your browser lets you view that order. The database stores a protected hash instead of the token. Anyone who obtains the token may view that order. Clearing browser data removes your copy; the token cannot be recovered by email. No customer account or password is created.

Order records do not expire automatically. Procureze must handle deletion requests and retention. Contact hello@procureze.com with your order number to request deletion. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, or confidential business information.

Email notices

Order and payment notices are stored in a delivery queue. Automatic email delivery is not active yet; messages will remain queued until Procureze configures and verifies an email sender. If enabled, order updates go to the email address supplied with the order and to the private owner notification address. Tool download links are sent only after payment verification. Ask Eze AI

The assistant sends your question and selected approved public website text to Cloudflare Workers AI to create an answer. Procureze does not save the question or answer as a chat transcript. A random session identifier and daily usage counts are stored in D1 to limit abuse; raw IP addresses are not stored for this feature. Do not include order, payment, personal, or confidential information in a question. See Cloudflare’s Workers AI data-use notice for its processing terms.

Answers are general procurement information based on published Procureze pages. Check them before making business decisions. The assistant does not access orders, verify payments, send emails, browse the web, or act on your behalf. It may be unavailable when free daily limits are reached.

Other website features

The cart is stored in this browser tab. Practice notes stay on the current page and are not shared. Contact and meeting links can open a draft in your email app; you choose whether to send it. Procureze page code does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
